• Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision-making process.
• Address client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, offering detailed product insights.
• Assist clients with quotes and provide guidance on next steps in the sales process.
• Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional appearance.
• Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (Hub Spot).
• Stay up-to-date on Crystalia Glass products and industry trends.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a customer-facing role or client communication is required.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Sales Support:
  Strong ability to present products and assist with closing deals.
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficient with CRM tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus).
• Professionalism:
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
