Looking for a Real Estate Buyer Agent who primarily:
- Showcase and sell luxury properties to high-net-worth buyers.
- Master client relationships by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and investment goals.
- Stay ahead of the market—constantly learning about the best properties, pre-construction opportunities, and luxury trends.
- Make daily calls to prospective clients and actively build your book of business.
- Leverage our CRM system to stay organized, nurture leads, and grow your sphere.
Requirements:
- Organized
- Positive, happy attitude
- Great at connecting with people and winning their confidence
- Be very comfortable learning and managing new web-and-phone-related productivity tools
- Always looking your absolute best
- Ability to be flexible to show properties when clients need
- Be on call to work 6 days a week
- You must have a valid & Active Florida Real Estate License to apply
- You have at least 1 year experience within an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- High-End Waterfront Properties– Deep market knowledge and trends.
- High-Net-Worth Client Relations– Delivering personalized, concierge-level service.
- Negotiation & Deal-Making– Maximizing value in complex luxury transactions.
- Global & Multicultural Mindset– Working with international buyers and leveraging multilingual skills?
- Tech-Savvy∗ Proficient in CRM systems (Follow Up Boss , Salesforce, etc.), G-Suite, digital platforms.
- Extra Advantage– Bilingual in Portuguese, French, Italian, Arabic, or Turkish.
