State Upgrades is hiring Sales Closers for a hybrid role that combines field prospecting and in-home closing, with access to company-generated appointments for qualifying reps.

This position is built for sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential, structure, and the ability to control their results while selling high-ticket home improvement solutions.

Products include roofing, windows & doors, solar, HVAC, and exterior upgrades. Most projects are financed and pre-qualified.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified opportunities through targeted field prospecting
  • Run in-home sales appointments (self-generated and company-provided)
  • Follow established pricing, compliance, and sales processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and deal documentation
  • Communicate effectively with operations and leadership
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and in customers’ homes
Compensation & Support
  • Commission-based role with uncapped earnings
  • Commission on self-generated and closed deals
  • Upside on approved upsells
  • Company-generated appointments available for qualifying performers
  • $900 bi-weekly marketing/transition bonus during the initial ramp-up period

Top performers earn six figures+ with consistency.

Qualifications
