Territory Sales Manager

Sub‑Zero Group Florida, a distributor of high‑end luxury appliances, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage accounts in Miami, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico and Brazil.

As the primary link between our Affiliated Distributor location and the dealer base in the territory, the TSM will grow sales revenue, increase brand penetration, and develop strong dealer relationships through business development activities, product education, dealer training, new product launches, trade events, and customer experience enhancement.

• Grow sales revenue and brand penetration across the designated territory.
• Work closely with management at assigned dealers to achieve volume growth goals.
• Provide ongoing product education and dealer trainings.
• Promote the culture of Sub‑Zero, Wolf and Cove and enhance the post‑sale customer experience.
• Launch new products in the field, coordinate product display placements, host dealer events, and participate in trade events.
• Develop strong relationships with dealers to secure additional business.

• 5+ years in a sales/territory management environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Strong presentation and selling skills.
• Proficiency in sales analytics and forecasting.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening events, early mornings and occasional weekend events.
• Willingness to travel overnight within Miami, Caribbean, Puerto Rico and Brazil.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory);
  Portuguese preferred.
• Resides in Dade County.
