Territory Sales Manager

Sub-Zero Group Florida, a distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to cover accounts in Miami, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. The TSM will manage all aspects of the sales territory and act as the direct connection between the Affiliated Distributor location and the dealer base of this territory.

The key objective of this role is to grow sales revenue and increase brand penetration across the designated territory through highly focused business development activities. The TSM will work closely with management at assigned dealers to reach volume growth goals through new product introductions, providing ongoing product education and dealer trainings. The TSM will promote the culture of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove while enhancing the customer experience post-sale.

The TSM will launch new products in the field, maintain and coordinate product display placements, host dealer events, and participate in evening showroom consumer and trade events. The TSM will also support and grow territory accounts by developing strong relationships with dealers to secure additional business.

• 5+ years in a sales/territory management environment
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
• Strong presentation and selling skills
• Proficiency in sales analytics and forecasting
• to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Flexible schedule to accommodate working evening events, some early mornings, occasional events
• Willingness to travel overnight within Miami, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Brazil
• Ability to speak Spanish and English mandatory;
  Portuguese preferred
• Resides in Dade County
