We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.
As a scaling‑stage startup, we aim to double our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by January 2026 by providing an AI‑assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.
Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top‑notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.
We generate revenue through two primary streams:
- Dedicated Team Members:
Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one‑time recruitment fees. - Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators typically with less than 50 units.
Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and are actively expanding into Europe. Our 50‑person core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (Dedicated Team Members) that are servicing our customers.

Extenteam is seeking a driven Account Executive to fuel new business growth within the short‑term rental and property management industry. Based in our Miami office with one work‑from‑home day per week, this role is ideal for a high‑energy sales professional who enjoys owning a market, building relationships, and closing new business. You will represent Extenteam in your assigned region, engage key operators, understand their challenges, and position our solutions as a long‑term fit.
Success in this role requires a strong outbound mindset, comfort meeting clients in person and virtually, and the ability to use AI and modern sales tools to work efficiently and exceed targets.
- Become the master of your market; you know who operates in your regions and they will know you.
- Identify, reach out and meet with property managers in your regions to understand their business, their needs and make suggestions on how we can help them drive more revenue.
- Hold meetings both face‑to‑face and via video conferencing.
- Use AI tools to save time so you can focus on excellent conversations and smashing your targets.
- Maintain a hunger and desire to hunt for new business – a true WIN mentality.
