Responsibilities
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, expand market reach and strengthen commercial partnerships.
  • Develop international B2B business, prospect and develop leads.
  • Conduct market research, networking, attend events and other lead generation initiatives to identify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Carry out market analysis, evaluate trends, and identify new business opportunities, market niches for expansion, product and process improvements.
  • Provide consultative solutions and enable business with international enterprises.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations to close new deals and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers and partners, ensuring favorable conditions for all parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and the specific industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and business development metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth goals.
Skills & Abilities
  • Experience with key account prospecting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience in the financial market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent in English;
    Spanish is a plus.
