Requirements: M-F 8am-5pm is required; the job may also require after or before hours to take care of the customer. Some traveling and overnight stays are required to effectively cover the territory.

Role:
This role will be evaluated based on the performance of the following: on a day-to-day basis the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) would be required to maintain constant contact with customers and prospects for the intent of providing equipment, parts, and service by consultative selling. This will consist of quoting equipment and providing equipment solutions to customers in need while maintaining sales volume and appropriate margins.

During this time the RSM would be willing to deliver new/repaired equipment and parts to the customers in their territory. The RSM will always be aware of the customer’s needs – both present and future opportunities – which can be done by phone or face-to-face visits via cold‑calling or communicating with known prospects or existing customers.

Candidate Requirements
  • Customer service oriented
  • Field experience in construction (willing to learn and retain training)
  • Understanding of equipment/mechanics
  • Sales experience
  • Able to lift heavier items from time to time
  • Competent on strapping equipment and towing equipment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly within technology or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including territory sales strategies and inside sales techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay
  • Base pay of $52,000.00‑$60,000.00 Dependent on Experience + Commission
