Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic trade associates to leverage BSH's position in the market and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key market influencers.
  • Coordinate joint sales calls with dealer’s sales team focused on the trade.
  • Drive sales through dealer relationships with designers, architects, builders, and remodelers.
  • Identify and support key kitchen studios and manage sales to applicable accounts.
  • Sell Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands to project specification influencers.
  • Focus on single‑family home builders, both independently and collaboratively with dealer partners.
  • Participate in national trade activities (NAHB Builder 20 Meetings, CEU Classes).
  • Work with Regional Business Sales Manager (RBSM) to identify project leads and prepare presentations.
  • Gather and analyze competitive trade programming.
  • Participate in local trade association meetings (ASID, AIA, NKBA, NARI, NAHB).
  • Host trade meetings in BSH showroom/sales center and dealer showrooms.
  • Implement market strategies to increase revenue in the builder channel.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM to capture new trade leads to Early Decision Centers (EDCs).
  • Identify and pursue key business channels (architecture firms, developers, contractors, designers, marketing firms).
  • Assist in execution of trade‑specific events to enhance product knowledge and market awareness.
  • Collaborate with established sales team to achieve growth in both single‑family and multifamily segments.
  • Manage and organize ongoing product presentations to key business channel professionals.
  • Assist in communications of regional Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau programs and procedures with relevant directors.
  • Assist in organizing regional trainings and showroom activities.
  • Manage information flow to RSM on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Coordinate and develop brand‑specific events inside and outside the showroom.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree – Preferred.
  • 5‑7 years of trade‑focused sales experience – Required.
  • 7‑10 years total sales experience – Required.
  • Experience selling to residential and commercial builders, preferably appliance products.
  • Proven track record in attaining maximum sales results through customer interaction and new prospect development.
  • Ability to work independently under time‑sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning and follow‑up skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Time‑management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Domestic travel by car, plane, boat, etc. (overnight and weekends).
  • Must drive to assigned accounts daily in territory.
  • Active driver’s license in good standing.
  • Travel requirement – 75 %.
  • Must live in the Miami, FL vicinity.
Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $105,486 – $140,648

Incentive Plan:
Quarterly Sales;
Incentive Target %: 30 %.

Shift: First.
