This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
$65,000.00/yr - $/yr
Key responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products to focus more on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).
