Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Starting Salary Range: $38k per year + Commission
- Engage with inbound and outbound customers, cultivating relationships and following up on leads to drive sales.
- Effectively promote our products and services while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve sales objectives.
- Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, text) to engage with customers.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Previous experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
- Background in selling durable or soft goods highly desired.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and KPIs.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with online sales experience a plus.
- Fluency in English required, additional languages a bonus.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
