- Showcase and sell luxury properties to high-net-worth buyers.
- Master client relationships by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and investment goals.
- Stay ahead of the market—learn about the best properties, pre-construction opportunities, and luxury trends.
- Make daily calls to prospective clients and actively build your book of business.
- Leverage our CRM system to stay organized, nurture leads, and grow your sphere.

- On call to work 6 days a week
- Valid & Active Florida Real Estate License to apply
- At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development / Sales / Relationship Manager, ideally within Real Estate
- Strong team player with multi-stakeholder management
- Strong networker & relationship builder
- Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with High-End Waterfront Properties and market knowledge
- High-Net-Worth client relations with concierge-level service
- Negotiation & deal-making in luxury transactions
- Global & multicultural mindset; multilingual skills helpful
- Tech-savvy; proficient in CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, Salesforce), G-Suite
- Extra advantage: bilingual in Portuguese, French, Italian, Arabic, or Turkish
