• 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS/tech sales and 2 years in leadership or sales management
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing a repeatable sales process
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to generate a pipeline independently
• Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

• Experience in leading sales teams and mentoring new sales representatives
• Adaptability and a solution‑focused mindset in fast‑paced environments
• Familiarity with data‑driven sales strategies and performance metrics
