As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (Entry level / Experienced), you will manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals within your geographic territory. You will represent the assigned brand products and their approved indications, helping external customers such as physicians and nurses learn about the benefits of our healthcare and pharmacology products in relation to specific therapeutic areas or disease states.
We are looking to expand our strong, customer-focused Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team. Successful candidates will demonstrate integrity and conviction when representing our products. Ideal candidates should have some sales experience, possess good sales abilities, and have an entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to grow our U.S. business. They should also demonstrate qualities such as integrity, flexibility, nimbleness, and team spirit.
As a field professional, you should have a history of meeting or exceeding sales and other critical business goals in a highly competitive and complex market. The key competencies for this role include:
Qualifications and experience required include:
- Some successful field sales experience (preferred)
- Outstanding interpersonal, selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly developed consultative selling skills to help physicians find solutions for their patients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and industry product training
Previous experience in achieving specific sales plans or financial targets is preferred.
