As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new customers. You will be expected to become a subject matter expert on VA and Medicaid rules, compliance, and nuance in your territory. The Account Executive maintains a proven sales track record and a strong understanding of the home healthcare industry. This position will report to the Head of Enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting
- Drive an effective 1‑2 week sales process using Paradigm's sales methodology
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct in‑person and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations
- Utilize Zoho CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Utilize Sales Loft to run and maintain daily cadences
- Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote company services, with approximately 10% annual travel expected
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges
- Minimum of 1‑3 years of successful sales experience in the home healthcare industry or SaaS platforms
- Ability to work in a nuanced industry
- Ability to independently research and digest complex government information
- Willingness to immerse yourself in industry resources to gain necessary expertise
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience selling to first‑time technology buyers
- Humility and empathy for the daily challenges our prospects face in the homecare industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

$60,000‑$70,000 base salary dependent on experience + commission
