Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Entry-Level Spanish‑Speaking Sales Associate – Miami, FL

(On‑Site | Full Training Provided)

This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales role where you’ll work alongside high‑performing professionals and learn how to consult, influence, and sell in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • This is a sales role, you will have weekly & monthly targets
  • Identify, engage, and qualify professionals across Spanish‑speaking markets
  • Support clients by matching them with the best talent for their open roles
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and relationship‑building to closing
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of clients through proactive business development
  • Conduct outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and networking channels
  • Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across the U.S. & LATAM
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
  • Strong interest in sales and career growth within a commercial environment
  • Based in Miami and able to work on‑site 5 days per week (Edgewater)
  • Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
