Key Responsibilities- This is a sales role, you will have weekly & monthly targets
- Identify, engage, and qualify professionals across Spanish‑speaking markets
- Support clients by matching them with the best talent for their open roles
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and relationship‑building to closing
- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients through proactive business development
- Conduct outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and networking channels
- Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across the U.S. & LATAM
- Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
- Strong interest in sales and career growth within a commercial environment
- Based in Miami and able to work on‑site 5 days per week (Edgewater)
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
