PrimaryResponsibilities
- Actively prospect and set meetings with potential clients.
- Achieve quarterly meeting and revenue targets as outlined in the sales strategy.
- Research and pinpoint new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Utilize an existing network to foster new business leads.
- Collaborate with team members to manage the end-to-end process of client proposals, including crafting estimates, timelines, and strategic proposals.
- Exhibit strategic thinking with a blend of networking prowess and technical acumen.
- Travel as needed for client presentations and industry events.
- Represent Avenue Z at industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and management to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage sales forecasting and maintain meticulous records in Hub Spot (CRM) to track lead and deal activities.
- Follow through the entire sales process from initial discovery to proposal, follow‑up, and closing stages.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in digital media or marketing, ideally at an agency or SaaS environment, with direct involvement in digital marketing channels.
- Proactive knowledge development of digital marketing and advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Applovin, Shopify, and Snapchat.
- Independent, self‑motivated with the ability to thrive without constant supervision.
- Strong persuasive skills to influence decisions and generate business opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales quotas and revenue forecasting.
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to estimate project scopes accurately and educate clients on project costs and timelines.
- A proactive approach, willing to exceed departmental expectations.
- High energy, robust work ethic, deep integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Annual Salary: $70,000–$85,000
- Total Compensation Potential: $150,000+ (including commissions, stock incentives, and benefits)
