Account Executive

Air & Sea Freight is a freight forwarder that provides transportation solutions for companies needing reliable air, ocean and ground shipping services. We work with businesses that move freight across different lanes and require a partner who can coordinate shipments efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for an experienced Account Representative with a strong sales background in brokerage and supply chain who is ready to bring in clients and grow with us.

Air & Sea Freight is looking for a Remote Account Representative to help us grow our customer base and expand our freight brokerage services across air and ocean transportation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional with an existing book of business in the supply chain / logistics space.

Role: Account Representative

Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Full-time, Commission-only

• Find, prospect, and onboard new clients that need transportation services
• Cold call, email, and present our services to potential customers
• Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships
• Manage your book of business and keep all loads and activity organized in Excel
• Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to grow revenue

• 3–5 years of experience in brokerage sales in the supply chain / logistics / freight industry
• Proven sales skills and a track record of bringing in and retaining clients
• You already have your own clients / book of business – Air & Sea Freight will not be providing clients
• Strong Excel skills to keep loads and account activity up to date
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working fully remote
