Your missionWe are looking for a Sales Associate to focus on generating new sales and clients for our innovative cloud communication and IT solutions.
Your profileThe Sales Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the company's success by generating new customers, conducting calls and presentations to meet their needs, and supporting sales order processing, inquiries, and administrative tasks within assigned accounts.
This position is foundational for professional growth within Dynamix, developing key skills and characteristics.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads and customers for Dynamix products and services.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to understand and address customer needs.
- Support the Sales Team with high energy and ownership.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent customer service.
- Identify new SMB sales opportunities through research and networking.
- Collaborate with Business Development to provide quotes.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in SMBs.
- Accurately process sales orders and trial accounts via Salesforce.
- Respond promptly to communications and inquiries.
- Work with team members to improve business efficiency.
- Ensure sales orders reflect accurate currency amounts, considering exchange rates.
- Follow up on trial/demo accounts.
- Assist with order entry for leads or events.
- Support other sales projects as needed.
- Promote Dynamix culture in all interactions.
- Preferably 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business communication and consultative discussion skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work under pressure.
