Stockroom Associate

The Stockroom Associate plays an essential role in the success of the boutique, ensuring that all back-of-house operations are organized, accurate, and executed with care. This position supports inventory control, stockroom efficiency, and seamless product flow, enabling the sales team to focus on delivering an elevated and effortless client experience.

• Receive, process, and verify shipments with accuracy and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, ensuring merchandise is properly stored and prepared to support the sales floor.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, markdowns, and inventory movements with precision.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits, partnering with the Store Manager to resolve discrepancies.

• Support daily boutique operations through timely product replenishment and seamless stock flow.
• Anticipate sales floor needs and ensure product availability aligns with business priorities.
• Monitor inventory systems and back-of-house processes to drive efficiency and minimize loss.
• Uphold all safety, security, and compliance standards.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all back-of-house areas.
• Assist with steaming, tagging, packaging, and product preparation to uphold Alexis standards.
• Support the sales team and serve as a behind-the-scenes brand ambassador.

• You bring 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, stock, or inventory management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate, dependable, and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
• A quick learner with comfort using retail systems, inventory tools, and POS platforms.
• Collaborative and communicative, partnering effectively with sales teams and store leadership.
• Physically able to support stockroom demands, including lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
