• Serve as primary point of contact for USA & Canada wholesale accounts and local sales representative's teams
• Manage wholesale order entry, adjustments, cancellations, and special orders
• Process returns, damages, and RMA claims
• Coordinate reverse logistics with Operations and warehouse teams
• Provide shipment updates, ETAs, and proactive account follow-ups
• Resolve order discrepancies and elevate issues when needed
• Partner with Logistics and Accounts Receivable on order-related matters
• Support trade shows, samples, and sales incentive shipments

• 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B/wholesale preferred), order processing, logistics, or distribution
• Experience with SAP and B2B platforms preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• English required;
  Spanish preferred
• Can be based in New York, NY or Miami, FL

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
