This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Ambassador located in Miami, FL. The Sales Ambassador will engage customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized luxury experiences. Daily responsibilities include understanding customers’ needs, presenting product features, maintaining brand knowledge, and promoting brand values. The individual will also focus on achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and maintaining the store's visual standards to provide a premium shopping experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively and build lasting relationships
• Sales, upselling techniques, and customer service skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Understanding and knowledge of luxury products and brands, with the ability to convey brand values
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills to ensure an immaculate in-store presentation
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in an upscale retail environment
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry, is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
