** VISUAL & OPERATIONS
*** Maintain visual merchandising standards
* Ensure cleanliness and brand presentation
* Support inventory accuracy and shrink prevention
* Open and close store in leadership absence
** PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION
*** Meets or exceeds personal sales goals/ Brand SPH
* Drives team productivity
* Maintains high conversion and UPT
