Sales Assistant; Temp → Perm

Overview

Our client, a luxury jewelry and fashion boutique, is seeking an energetic, positive, and dynamic Sales Assistant to join their team in Miami. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role
, starting February 3rd.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the boutique, welcoming every customer and turning each visit into a memorable experience. You will provide exceptional service, drive sales, and help maintain smooth daily operations, all while representing the boutique’s luxury brand values.

• Monday–Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Miami’s Design District

• Engage with customers in a warm and authentic way, providing personalized recommendations.
• Support the boutique’s sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Assist with store organization, inventory, and maintaining visual standards.
• Help with returns, online orders, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, energetic work environment.

• Outgoing, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Energetic and positive, with a genuine passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury retail.
• Eager to learn and grow in a boutique environment.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Spanish is optional, but a helpful bonus.
• Must understand legal/work requirements and be flexible with hours.
