As a Sales Associate
, you’ll create the magic by providing our customers with world class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience. Join the team today and enjoy your new office view at one of our unique holiday locations!

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

  • Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season

** All Sales Associates/Photographers, who are at least 18 years of age, will have the opportunity to as Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Engage with guests in positive, energetic, and professional manner
• Pose for photos with children and families
• Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view
• Drive positive customer experiences
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
• Strong stamina and physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume, including limited visibility/mobility and high temperature
