We are expanding our activity in the US market and seeking a proactive and strategic Director of Retail Sales to drive our retail strategy and execution. You will build relationships with large retail partners and ensure brand consistency while driving accelerated sales growth. Your leadership will be vital in shaping our retail landscape and maximizing market potential.

• Experience in Retail Sales and distribution:
• Proven experience in getting products into large retail chains (e.g., Target, Walmart, CVS, Sephora).
• Familiarity with the buyerじゃ dynamics of retail chains, including purchasing cycles and negotiation processes.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge:
• Understanding of your specific product categories (e.g., consumer goods, supplements, beauty, or okkar skincare).
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirementsానే for retail (e.g., FDA guidelines for supplements, labeling standards, etc.).
• Network of Retail Contacts:
• Strong relationships with retail buyers and category managers.
• Knowledge of how to approach and pitch to buyers effectively.

• Experience launching direct-to-consumer brands into retail.
• Knowledge of trade shows and other retail-focused networking events.
• Skills in digital retail marketing, as many chains now have strong e-commerce components.
