As a Style Advisor, you have contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. You possess a strong sense of your own personal style and are enthusiastic about dressing people. Your opinion is shared with others through genuine and straight‑to‑the‑point communication. Style Advisors enjoy building relationships through a personal approach to each interaction.

• Participate in a multi‑layered training cycle to develop your expertise and skill set aligned with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready‑to‑Wear and Custom‑Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
• Maintain all store standards and operations to company specifications.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team‑based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
