  • Support store‑level audits to ensure proper inventory handling and compliance with LP procedures.
  • Report and document incidents accurately and thoroughly in coordination with LP management.
  • Help enforce safety, security, and operational policies in‑store.
  • Collaborate with store teams to build loss prevention awareness and promote a safe environment.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory counts and support accurate reporting.
  • Follow established protocols during emergencies or incidents and elevate issues appropriately.
What You Will Need
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, security, or a related field; LP experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of loss prevention, retail operations, and safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with key business partners.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification (e.g., LPQ or LPC) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
  • Travel Requirements: 75%.
