We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to be visually appealing—all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover designated zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add-on sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience and a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
