We invite you to join EXPRESS as a Store Manager. This role leads all aspects of the customer experience and store operations while identifying, developing and leading talent. Success is measured by quality of customer experience, talent quality, and performance against key metrics.

• Attract, develop and retain top talent
• Support an environment of high store morale and teamwork
• Coach, teach, recognize and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates
• Build a succession plan for all roles and nurture growth of high performers

• Lead store operations, ensuring clarity of goals, action plans and adherence to company policies
• Ensure visual standards, product launches, merchandise flow, and customer engagement across all channels
• Manage expense control, loss prevention, safety standards and schedule optimization

• Build a store environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences
• Create a culture of proactive customer engagement
• Show expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions, loyalty programs, and train the team
• Resolve customer complaints and drive loyalty and credit card acquisition
• Maintain visual standards and positivity in store experience

• 3–5 years of store management experience with annual sales volume $3 million+
• Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop and promote associates
• Ability to travel periodically for meetings
• Ability to lift medium to large items up to 50 pounds

• Previous retail experience
• Strong communication skills with customers, peers and supervisors
• Demonstrated sales accountability
• Collaborative, respectful team member
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers/processes simultaneously

Miami, FL – Salary range: $76,020 – $133,706 per year (incl. bonus and benefits).
