Celine is a fast‑growing French and leather‑goods couture house that belongs to the LVMH group, whose ambition is to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and dollar value per transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry into the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Consistently follow up on any shipping, alteration, or other client issues
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store image
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably luxury; computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages.
• Competencies: Candidates with client books strongly preferred; strong desire to work in a sales‑focused retail environment; passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design; tech savvy; service orientation and customer focus; ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Languages: Foreign languages a plus.
