We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.
What You'll Do- Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
- Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
- Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
- Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
- Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.
- Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
