Our Aventura Mall location is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our passionate team and lead the Schutz brand to new heights.

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales associates, overseeing their performance, and driving sales growth in a retail environment. You play a crucial role in coaching and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and managing a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and ongoing development to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Set clear sales goals and targets for the team and individuals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve and exceed sales objectives in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and productivity.
  • Coach and provide feedback to sales associates on their performance, offering guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.
  • Support the Store Manager in conducting regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, and other important information, fostering an open and collaborative team environment.
  • Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques to succeed in their role.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other supervisors to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions, utilizing retail management software and other tools as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required);
    Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail supervisory role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
