We are hosting an Open Call for experienced, polished, and charismatic Servers to join our new South Beach team. As the face of our dining experience, our Servers exude confidence, style, and professionalism — delivering service that is both engaging and refined.

We’re seeking individuals with a polished presence and genuine warmth — professionals who take pride in their craft, have a keen sense of presentation, and thrive in Miami’s vibrant, fast-paced hospitality scene. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of grace, attentiveness, and product knowledge that elevates every guest interaction, embodying the energy and sophistication that define La Grande Boucherie.

The Group is a collection of restaurants based in New York City, embodying passion, integrity and excellence. BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre in the heart of New York. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry‑aged steaks.
