Bayshore Club is looking for winning personalities to join the team! Bayshore Club is a beautiful waterfront restaurant located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Our establishment offers a unique dining experience with stunning views of the bay, a diverse menu of fresh food, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Expo to join our team.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• Check the accuracy and presentation of each dish before it leaves the kitchen.
• Garnish and plate dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure that each order is complete, including sides, sauces, and any special requests.
• Communicate with servers to ensure that they pick up the correct orders for their tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with restocking necessary items in the expo area.
• Work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests.

• Prior experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
