Salaried Manager Position at McDonald's

Responsibilities- The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- The General Manager works with a leader to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve those goals.
- The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.
- The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
