- Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
- Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
- Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed

- Customer service or sales experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
