The Leasing Manager is responsible for providing leasing and marketing expertise as well as leasing support to the community and associates.

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off‑site and on‑site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off‑site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed

• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
