PCS - Preferred Composite Services, based in Miami, FL, is an FAA/EASA certified repair station specializing in the repair and overhaul of composite and metal components. Our expert technicians ensure customer requirements are met with precision and efficiency. PCS offers a wide range of services, including bonding, wire mesh replacement, solid laminate repairs, and metal-to-honeycomb repairs, utilizing strict quality control standards.
We are continually expanding our capabilities to support the latest Next Generation Aircraft, servicing manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer. At PCS, our commitment to excellence and service ensures the highest quality repairs for every component.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Quality Inspector. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining quality assurance protocols, and supporting quality management processes. The role includes monitoring repair processes, verifying the accuracy of repaired components, and documenting inspection results to ensure adherence to FAA/EASA and company standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
- Strong Inspection skills, including attention to detail and adherence to standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and ensuring compliance
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and aerospace industry standards is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, communication, and teamwork skills
