You will practice comprehensive, full-service veterinary medicine focused on advanced patient care. Our capabilities span wellness and prevention, testing and diagnosis, and intricate surgical procedures. While we primarily serve small animals in the Miami community, we have treated a variety of unique patients over the years, including reptiles, pigs, monkeys, and goats.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You will maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: You will be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You will be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
