Position: Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Job, Miami, Florida, USA
Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Small Animal Veterinarian to join a collaborative and experienced team. This multi-doctor hospital is well established in the community and provides a full range of general and advanced care for dogs and cats. The hospital features modern equipment including digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, and electronic medical records, enabling an efficient and progressive clinical environment.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive and team-focused practice that values mentorship, education, and professional development. You'll work alongside four experienced veterinarians who are passionate about knowledge sharing and fostering an encouraging environment for both experienced clinicians and new graduates. With a 4-day work week and no after-hours emergencies, this position offers the perfect balance of career growth and personal well-being.

This clinic is a short drive from Miami

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering comprehensive and compassionate veterinary care to small animal patients
  • Performing examinations, diagnostics, surgical and dental procedures
  • Collaborating with a skilled team to uphold the highest standards of patient care
  • Building trusted relationships with clients through clear and empathetic communication
  • Maintaining medical records and contributing to practice improvements
  • Participating in mentorship and continuing education initiatives
Qualifications Needed:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for licensure in Florida
  • Commitment to practicing to the highest standards of medicine and ethics
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in ongoing professional growth and mentorship
