Dog Walker / Pet Sitter - Part or Full Time

Join the team at Equipaws Pet Services, a local, woman‑owned pet sitting and dog walking company in Miami since 2011. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic pet care specialists to help animals live their best lives.

Base pay: $16.00/hour - $19.00/hour. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.

• Coconut Grove and surrounding areas (Brickell, Palmetto Bay)
• Dog walking:
  Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM
• Pet sitting:
  Monday – Sunday, 7 AM – 9 AM and 5 PM – 10:30 PM (and throughout the day as needed)

• Design schedules to keep travel time under 20 minutes between visits.
• Walk dogs, provide water, and give treats, meals or medications as requested.
• Interact playfully with cats, tidy litter boxes, refresh water, and give treats or medication when instructed.
• Cater to vacation clients by caring for their pets and performing basic home duties (trash, mail, etc.).
• Document each visit with photos and a journal entry for the pet parent.
• Communicate with management and coworkers as needed.

• Able to work in all Miami weather conditions.
• Available for weekends and holidays; holiday work required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a car with insurance, email, and smartphone.

Very preferred, though not required.

This role is part‑time to full‑time with an expected minimum commitment of nine months.
