Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure that all care provided meets regulatory and agency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 2 Background Screening
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
