CNA hourly rate: $15.50–$17.00.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing home facility in Miami, Florida. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to residents, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence and preserving dignity.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing staff, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, in accordance with facility protocols.
• Assist in the administration of medications and treatments under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal planning, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of residents' rooms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Foster positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard‑free environment.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a CNA in a long‑term care or nursing home setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures, with a focus on geriatric care.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide personalized care and emotional support to residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, protocols, and safety guidelines accurately.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
