Employee Benefits:
Full and Part Time employees are eligible for various plans for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Four years of nursing experience required, with two years of Critical Care, or one year of full-time Cath Lab experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in the use of ventricular assist devices, IABP, Impella, and ECMO.
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and Basic Arrythmias.
- Completion of 12 Lead EKG course.
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Requires critical thinking skill and decisive judgment.
- Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
- Holds current BLS card from the American Heart Association. Holds current ACLS card within six (6) months of employment.
- Current Florida Nursing License.
- Preferred
Certifications:
RCIS - (Reg. Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), CCRN, IABP Certification.
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test screenings.
