Registered Nurse – Trauma

Pay Range: $38.00- $58.00 based on experience (up to top tier with 17+ years)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Trauma OR to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a trauma and operating room environment. This role requires expertise in managing complex trauma cases within an acute care setting. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical resource who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to patient safety and excellence.

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide trauma and surgical support in an acute, high-acuity setting.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Licensure: Current Florida RN license or compact state RN license (subject to state requirements).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Certifications: BCLS – required within 30 days of hire. ACLS – required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trauma or operating room acute care. Direct trauma or acute care nursing experience.
