Overview
Patient Care Supervisor, 4
Hope-Neuro Cardiac Progressive Care. Full-time, 7P-7A. Base pay range: $46.02/hr - $61.21/hr sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000.

Responsibilities- Provides supervision and leadership to the patient care units.
- Collaborates with the manager on staff evaluations, patient flow, staff and family education, and problem solving during the shift.
- Coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and incoming shifts.
- Participates in hourly rounding and ensures compliance with hospital philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Acts as patient/guest service ambassador and supports service excellence initiatives.
- Ensures services are delivered in alignment with Baptist Health South Florida standards.
- Degrees:
Bachelors (BSN strongly preferred). - Licenses &
Certifications:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Registered Nurse (RN). - Additional Qualifications:
BSN preferred; RNs hired before 2/2012 may continue in non-leadership RN role without a BSN; RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associate Degree have 5 years to complete the BSN; BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by unit; certification in area of specialty within 2 years of hire/promotion. - Minimum
