As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you will care for medically complex patients, primarily children, at home.

• Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members
• Monitor patient progress and update plans as needed
• Educate and support families with in‑home care techniques
• Document visits and care notes using our electronic charting system
• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences
• Be a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity

• Active RN license
• CPR certification
• Clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• A love for patient‑centered care, especially in a home environment

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour
