Shift Days:
Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (7a-3:30p)
APPs will be required to work 2 weekend days per month. Does not have be consecutive. Weekend shifts will be 12 hours (7a-7p)
No Call
Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20
Temp/Expedited Privileges:
Yes, 90 days (Clean Files Only)
Types of Cases:
General, OB/GYN, Outpatient, Neuro, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, GI, Robotics, Pedi, Urology, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Cardiac
No Trauma
Majority Case Type:
General, Neuro, GI
Average Monthly Case: 2500
Required Procedures:
Spinals, Epidurals
Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
EMR:
Cerner
NBCRNA Required
Must have active FL ARNP License
Must not have any malpractice or background history
