• Full‑time CRNA (General and OB)
• Location:
  
  HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, Miami, Florida
• Anesthesia Care Team: 17 Physicians and 24 CRNAs
• Start Date Bonus: $45k
• Approximately 12,000 annual cases
• 14 State‑of‑the‑art ORs: 10 main, 1 endoscopy, 1 EP, 2 L/D
• Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro, and GYN
• CRNAs are NOT involved with cardiac or pediatric cases
• Autonomy to perform regional blocks (spinals, epidurals), arterial lines, etc.
• Work schedules: 8‑, 10‑, 12‑hour shifts, evenly distributed among the group
• Call: approximately one weekend every 7–8 weeks; weekday call variable but infrequent
• Average work week: about 4 days per week
• Opportunity to earn more if desired
• PTO: 8–9 weeks
