Registered Nurse – Trauma Operating Room
Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $39.57 – $53.34/hour (based on experience, up to 17+ years)
Shift: Full-Time | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Bonus: Sign-On Bonus available case-by-case
Relocation: Not available
Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of facility due to on‑call duties
Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma operating room experience in acute care setting
Position SummaryProvide expert nursing care in trauma operating room environments in compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards. Deliver patient‑centered care through collaboration with healthcare team members, utilizing the nursing process and therapeutic use of self.
Qualifications- Current Florida RN license or recognized compact licensure (per Florida regulations)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 2 years trauma operating room experience in acute care required
- Must reside within 30 minutes of facility for mandatory on‑call requirements

Pay Details: $39.57 to $53.34 per hour
